Alive Forever! A Simple Easter Musical for Kids

Easter Sunday
Posted on April 10th, 2009Easter Sunday starts promptly at 10:00 a.m. this Sunday, April 10, 2009, as we celebrate Jesus Christ’s resurrection. The children will perform a musical presentation entitled “The Tale of Three Trees.”

Easter Services 2007

Our Good Friday Service was held at the Alta Mira Club in San Leandro last April 6, 2007. The Easter Sunday Service was also held at the Alta Mira Club on April 8, 2007. The FBC children had a special presentation and sang songs of redemption and hope that the resurrection of the Lord Jesus Christ brings.

Easter
Posted on April 22nd, 2006A Good Friday service was held at the Bandong residence last April 14, 2006. We meditated on the seven last statements of Jesus Christ on the cross. We celebrated Christ’s resurrection starting with an Easter Sunrise Service held at 6 a.m., Sunday, April 16, in church at Union City. An Easter Worship and Baptismal Service was later held in the afternoon at Halcyon Baptist Church in San Leandro. Many new members professed their faith through water baptism.

Posted on April 10th, 2005Praise God for the week-long commemoration and celebration of His death and resurrection. The Seven Last Sayings of Christ were the topic of focus last Good Friday, March 25, 2005 at the Bandong’s residence. On Sunday, March 27, Pastor Alois expounded on the many evidences of the Resurrection of Christ at the Easter Sunrise Service held at Northgate Park in Fremont. That afternoon, a special Baptismal service was held at the Evangelical Free Church of Oakland. Nine people were baptized.

Easter Activities
Posted on April 12th, 2004The Easter weekend began with a Good Friday service at Chris and Sarah’s residence in Fremont. On Sunday morning, April 11, at 5:30 a.m., Easter Sunrise Service was held at Northgate Park in Fremont. Later at the Hilton Garden Inn in San Leandro, the FBC Tri-City Choir presented Our God Reigns, an Easter musical.

Easter Weekend
Posted on May 24th, 2003Our Easter weekend started off with a Good Friday service held at CLC in Union City, CA last April 18, 2003. We focused on the Seven Last Sayings of Christ. On Sunday morning, we meditated on the resurrection of Christ at 6:00 am at Northgate Park in Fremont, CA. It was a chilly morning but several members showed up. Later that day we had our Easter Cantata presentation at CLC. The musical entitled “Christ the King” was performed by the FBC Tri-City Choir and conducted by Ruth Bautista.
