Family Camp 2007

Family Camp was held last September 7 to 9, 2007 at Daybreak Camp in Felton, CA. It was a joint camp with our sister church, FBC Oakland, with Pastor Mike Johnson as our guest speaker.

Church Picnic

Our annual church picnic was held at the R&G Club in the Chevron Richmond Refinery in Richmond, CA. We had a great turnout, the weather was beautiful, and the food was plenty.

Easter Services 2007

Our Good Friday Service was held at the Alta Mira Club in San Leandro last April 6, 2007. The Easter Sunday Service was also held at the Alta Mira Club on April 8, 2007. The FBC children had a special presentation and sang songs of redemption and hope that the resurrection of the Lord Jesus Christ brings.

New Place

For about a month* beginning Sunday, April 1, FBC Tri-City Fellowship started holding Sunday worship services at Alta Mira Club in San Leandro.

BattleCry 2007

Christmas Services 2006

The FBC Tri-City Choir presented “Jesus: No Other Name,” a Christmas Cantata held on Sunday, December 17, 2006 at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Union City. Pastor Mike Johnson of FBC Oakland was our guest speaker. For our December 24 Christmas service, the FBC children presented their Christmas Program. Our worship service on December 31 was held at the Alta Mira Club. Our speaker was Pastor Leo Calica of Faith Bible Church, San Francisco.

Harvest Party

Our harvest party was held at the Bautista residence October 29, 2006 in Fremont. This year’s theme was “Fear Not Halloween.” Check the photos out.

Family Camp 2006

Our Church Family Camp was held last June 9 to 11, 2006 at Daybreak Camp in Felton, CA. Seventy-one were in attendance, both children and adults. This year’s theme is that of “casting the vision” of our church for the year to come. Our new mission statement was introduced, one that centers on improved worship, a more committed evangelistic outreach and the regular training of disciples and leaders. Thanks go out to those who participated in and helped put together this successful, fun-filled and relaxing camp. Camp pictures can be viewed here.

Easter

A Good Friday service was held at the Bandong residence last April 14, 2006. We meditated on the seven last statements of Jesus Christ on the cross. We celebrated Christ’s resurrection starting with an Easter Sunrise Service held at 6 a.m., Sunday, April 16, in church at Union City. An Easter Worship and Baptismal Service was later held in the afternoon at Halcyon Baptist Church in San Leandro. Many new members professed their faith through water baptism.

40 Days of Purpose

The church just wrapped up the 40 Days of Purpose program which started on the week of February 20 and ran through April 9, 2006. The program was conducted in several members’ homes throughout the week.
