Ray An Fuentes

On March 28, multi-award winning Philippine performer Ray An Fuentes, who is now a brother in the Lord, will be speaking at FBC Tri-City at Alta Mira Club. He was called out of show business by God in order to communicate and testify about the gospel of His grace through music. God also cultivated in him the gift of preaching and teaching. He has travelled extensively around the world to share his testimony of how he came to know Christ. You are invited to join us on this day to hear the Gospel preached through word and song.

Bay Area Sunday School Convention

Attend the BASS (Bay Area Sunday School) convention to be equipped to serve in the Lord’s work. It will be held on March 4-6 at Redwood Chapel Community Church. For more information, please see Pastor Alois.

Men’s Conference

The conference Iron Sharpens Iron will be held on Saturday, February 20, at Neighborhood Church in Castro Valley. All the men in our church are encouraged to attend. Bring a friend or two as well. Sign up is ongoing. Please see Eugene Cabrera for more information.

Sunday School Snow Trip

Sunday School will have a one-day snow trip to Adventure Mountain Snow Park at Echo Summit near South Lake Tahoe on Saturday, February 6, 2010. Please contact Alma if you’re interested in going.

Church Discipleship Class

Church discipleship class focusing on Bible doctrines is ongoing. It is held every Friday from 7:15 p.m. to 8:45 p.m. at Alta Mira. Make up classes are every Sunday at 12:30 p.m. to 2 p.m. and on Monday 7:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at Pastor Alois’s house. David Gozum and Chris Ramos are currently teaching on evangelism using “The Way of the Master” materials for the first 8 weeks.

“We Adore Thee” Christmas Cantata

The women came back from the Women of Faith Conference held last December 4 and 5, inspired, uplifted and equipped, having enjoyed the worship of God, the teaching of His Word and the fellowship of their beloved sisters in Christ.

Men’s Fellowship Breakfast

We will have our first Men’s Fellowship Breakfast on Saturday, November 14, starting at 9 a.m. and ending around 11 a.m. Our theme is “Get in the Game.” We encourage all the men to make it and invite other men to join us. This will be a great time of fellowship and worship. Our prayer is that you would leave encouraged and challenged to live for God.
